Way to Health Eat

We’re not just a bunch of old hippies but active people with lives in front of us. It means that all the effort that we make into music production has been rewarding, making us look positively towards the horizon. As far as we know, there haven’t been much any official studies conducted about the effects of musical vibes on age and overall health. But we are strong believers and think that rocking hard has nothing but contributed to our well being.

I know a lot of you might think that in particular bands that play hard also suffer consequences. While that may be true for some, it’s really up to the way you do it. Really simple things can make a huge difference, especially as the body is super adaptive and thanks for all the good it can get. With organic food supplies throughout the nation nowadays, it can provide essential nutrition that makes up for all the lost sleep and brain cells. Doing too much of stuff that makes your brain melt is something that your body might take a beating from. But I would say that the secret behind the free press is simply sleep and lots of it in addition to nutritional values that we kept up.

Everyone loves to eat right, so why not eat well. The only reason so many people love to eat shit, is because they have been conditioned to do so. That’s why we take it to bring the message to our crowd, to learn how to make choices with your own will and spirit. The food industry, and even the music industry is all in a game of manipulation and making people subject to whatever they feed people with. It’s the same with music as it is with food. If you eat or listen to shit, that’s pretty much what you get, as in become.
